All functional items are one-of-a-kind and food-safe. This hand handcrafted plate is made with a rich chocolate brown stoneware and porcelain slip then finished in a third firing with 22K gold luster. The luster on the surface is glossy in contrast with a matt gold rim. Hand wash recommended.
